In the mountain bike world, for evident reasons, what happens in the after sale phase, in most of the cases is much more important than the product itself. That’s why we have tried to manage every inconvenient that has come up throughout the years after your purchase.

It’s really fundamental for us to help you, answer your questions, and solve, whether possible, your problems. Who chooses our products becomes part of our family.

If:

  • you need advice about a product
  • you need original spare parts
  • if you need to change the bearings of our hubs due to natural wear
  • if you want to use the NOXON-PMP maintenance service

We are aware of the worth of our projects and the quality of our products, so we offer you a 3-years warranty on wheels and accessories. In order to improve the purchase experience we also have a Crash Replacement service (CR).

For any break or damage that are not included in our warranty terms we offer you a brand new wheel up to 50% off.

The average timing of CR and warranty goes from 24 hours up to 15 days. We do our best in order to make you go back riding as soon as possible.
